The see-saw consists of a long wooden plank that is balanced on a fulcrum with two seats on either end and essentially acts as a lever.

Children face opposite each other pushing off the ground to make the see-saw go up and down, and they must work together to keep the see-saw in balance.

ree

Lever:

The lever consists of a long beam and a pivot point, or fulcrum.

A seesaw is an example of a lever.

ree

Machines make it easier for us to do work.

There are six simple machines.

They are the wheel and axle, wedge, screw, lever, inclined plane, and pulley.

ree

1. The wheel and axle is a simple machine consisting of a wheel attached to a smaller axle so that these two parts rotate together in which a force is transferred from one to the other.

ree

2.   A wedge is a triangular shaped tool, a portable inclined plane, and one of the six simple machines.

It can be used to separate two objects or portions of an object, lift up an object, or hold an object in place.

ree

3. A screw is an externally helical threaded fastener capable of being tightened or released by a twisting force to the head.

The most common uses of screws are to hold objects together and there are many forms for a variety of materials.

ree

4.   A lever is a simple machine made of a rigid beam and a fulcrum. The effort (input force) and load (output force) are applied to either end of the beam.

The fulcrum is the point on which the beam pivots.

When an effort is applied to one end of the lever, a load is applied at the other end of the lever.

ree

5.  An inclined plane, also known as a ramp, is a flat supporting surface tilted at an angle from the vertical direction, with one end higher than the other, used as an aid for raising or lowering a load.

ree

6. A pulley is a wheel on an axle or shaft enabling a taut cable or belt passing over the wheel to move and change direction, or transfer power between itself and a shaft.

MATTHEW 11:28-30 NKJV

Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.

For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”

God has set the five-fold to help us see the spiritual realm.

When we don't see it, they are to correct us in love.

Pay attention to what has been taught and what is in the Word of God.

We often come to the Word of God very quickly; like rushing it through.

How are we going to teach other people if we were to rush it through?

We need to be serious and pay attention when it comes to God's Word.

Labour - those who are working

Laden - problems of work, school, financial problems

In other to take His rest, we take His yoke.

G2218 yoke ζυγός zugos

Phonetic: dzoo-gos'

- a yoke that is put on draught cattle

- used of any BURDEN or BONDAGE

- as that of SLAVERY

- a BALANCE, PAIR of SCALES

- From the root of ζεύγνυμι zeugnumi (to join, especially by a "yoke"); a COUPLING, that is, SERVITUDE (a law or obligation); also (literally) the BEAM of the BALANCE (as connecting the scales):- pair of balances, yoke.

ree

GALATIANS 5:1 KJV

Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the YOKE of BONDAGE.

G1397 bondage

Original: ΔΟΥΛΕΊΑ douleia

Phonetic: doo-li'-ah

- slavery, bondage, the condition of a slave

ree

The first yoke is law of sin and death.

The first transformation in the spirit, God removed the fear of not good enough.

When Jesus removed it on the cross, He took the fear of not good enough and put into us righteousness.

Righteousness means we are good enough.

Not because of what we did or did not do, but it's because of what Jesus did.

Sin must be punished.

Jesus took the punishment on our behalf.

ROMANS 6:20 NKJV

For when you were slaves of sin, you were free in regard to righteousness.

ROMANS 6:20-21 MSG

As long as you did what you felt like doing, ignoring God, you didn’t have to bother with right thinking or right living, or right anything for that matter.

But do you call that a free life?

What did you get out of it?

Nothing you’re proud of now.

Where did it get you?

A dead end.

ROMANS 6:22-23 MSG

But now that you’ve found you don’t have to listen to sin tell you what to do, and have discovered the delight of LISTENING to GOD TELLING YOU, what a surprise!

A WHOLE, HEALED, PUT-TOGETHER LIFE right NOW -

with MORE and MORE of LIFE on THE WAY!

ree

We were yoked to sin, cannot come out from it.

The right of moving comes from the one who is guiding or driving them.

If we are yoked with Jesus, we are saying even every minute decision of life we involve Him.

We choose to be yoked with Jesus.

Let Jesus direct our lives.

If the cows break away from the yoke, the work will not be done.

If we want God's work to be done, we are to be yoked to Him.

Work hard for sin your whole life and your pension is death.

But GOD’S GIFT is REAL LIFE, ETERNAL LIFE, delivered by JESUS, our MASTER.

LEVERAGE

EG -

Whenever you borrow money to acquire an asset or potentially grow your money, you're using leverage.

You might use leverage when you do the following:

Buy a home:

When you purchase a house with a mortgage, you are using leverage to buy property.

A seesaw is a lever.

Levers are bars or beams that move on a fixed point, called the fulcrum.

In a seesaw, the fulcrum is located between the effort and the load.

This makes the seesaw a class one lever.

The load is what is being lifted, and the effort is the force being used to lift the load.

PSALMS 55:22 TPT

So here’s what I’ve learned through it all:

Leave all your cares and anxieties at the feet of the Lord,

and measureless grace will strengthen you.

PSALMS 55:22 EASY

Take your problems to the Lord.

He will take care of you.

He will never let his own people fall.

Leave the load to him.

He wants to take care of the load for us.

MATTHEW 11:28-30 EASY

Come to me all of you who are tired.

You are like people who have WORKED for a long time.

You are like people who have CARRIED HEAVY THINGS.

Come to me.

If you do that, you will find a place to REST.

I will not tell you to do things that are too difficult.

I will not tell you to carry anything that is too heavy for you.’

Jesus knows all of our worries will make us weary and tired.

Jesus sees us with love. He can see through our smiles.

Heavenly Father will take care and provide for our needs.

What is inside our past - fear of not good enough, sicknesses, past success etc

Religion is trying to be good.

Christianity is Christ made us good.

Christ made us right.

What men is seeking for is peace.

We have become good in Christ. He gave us that goodness.

Don't search for peace by trying to be good.

We do not need to try or do certain things to obtain peace.

Inside us be made good and fruits will come out.

MATTHEW 11:28-30 MSG

“Are you tired?

Worn out?

Burned out on religion?

Come to me.

Get away with me and you’ll recover your life.

I’ll show you how to take a real rest.

WALK with ME and WORK WITH ME — WATCH HOW I DO IT.

LEARN the UNFORCED RHYTHMS of GRACE.

I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you.

KEEP COMPANY with ME and you’ll LEARN to LIVE FREELY and LIGHTLY.”

ree

Because Jesus is living inside us, we do not have to worry anymore.

When we understand Jesus carried our burden, we are at the top of the see-saw.

Jesus is carrying the load where we are enjoying at the top.

Jesus is the leverage.

Serving the Lord is pleasure. It is like enjoying and playing.

He takes the load and put in the effort.

When we are yoked with Jesus, He takes us from glory to glory.

Life of pleasure and not pressure.
