Developing The Hidden Man of the Heart

This is the spirit we need to develop and link to what we called the heart
We are all made in the image of God
When we were born again we were created in God image
Wisdom heart spirit soul and body
Where the heart links all these 3 together
Christ live this life as the son of God on earth
All the things of God, the power of God, the kingdom of God is not just eat and drink. Is righteousness peace and joy
He walked on the earth without fear of man
He speak of the storm and the storm ceased.
He is fully complete.
Our Spirit man living in and through God’s heart
1 Peter 3:3-4
Do not let your adornment be merely outward—arranging the hair, wearing gold, or putting on fine apparel— rather let it be the hidden person of the heart, with the incorruptible beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God.
This hidden man of the heart shines out.
Jesus shines out
The heart - 4 parts : the mind; will, emotion, conscience
The heart is neither the spirit nor the soul, nor is it separate from the spirit or the soul.
Ruling means making decision
Only mature person can make wise decision
Children makes childish decision
When our spirit man is developed and growing, we know how to make wise decision
Faith and fear comes from hearing
It depends on what you hear
Our spirit man needs to be fed with good news
Listen with your heart and listen with your spirit
We are emotional creatures. God created that way. If not God won’t create that.
Emotion who to control
Spirit is ruling
Adam had power to rule over his mind and emotion. He had free choice to choose tree of life or tree of knowledge of good and evil.
Tree of knowledge of good and evil is a life without God. We partake of Jesus, the tree of life. Without Christ we are nothing. To God without Christ is worldly wisdom
Promotion comes from the Lord.
Jesus was the Word that make life.
Each type of being has a suitable food for it. Human baby needs milk. Plant needs plant food.
Spirit man cannot feed with psychology or things of the world. It will not grow.
Spirit man needs spirit food
Rightly divide the Word of God. We need to be diligent
You cannot give to others you yourself has not experienced. Head knowledge without revelation
Once you experience the reality of God, this verse is very powerful. -> All things are passed away
God does not want us to dig our past.
The experience of it is meant for us to experience.
Experience every wonderful promise of God
We listen to our identity from everything else. We don’t even know who we are.
If our spiritman is not growing we will be lost. Anyone ask us come we will go.
Our identity of who we are and who God is.
Mind, Will, Emotion, Conscience
Hearing and seeing - > spirit man
Deception is worse than lies. Half truth
Adam and Eve. Eve was deceived. Satan talked to her and gave her half truth.
Your whole faith is placed in Christ
We are sense ruled and the doctor report in our head. The body sees it. The word of God seems so far away. There is a final authority from the bible.
The hidden man of the heart began to reign and rule. The carnal mind is always enemy with God.
What is your “not healed” based on? We are ruled by the senses. It is a temporarily fact based on the report. We know the truth and the truth will set us free.
Only the eternal Word of God will set us free. Eat the spiritual food.
See things from God’s perspective.
You are a child of God. Don’t let the devil says things to you which God did not say.
Know what to let in and what not to let in.
When you know the truth you can differentiate between truth and lies.
Vengeance is Mine, says the Lord. We are all protected in the house of God.
The heart is a composition of the 3 parts of the soul.
You saw the effect of the wind.
Spirit no one can see. But you can know the effect of the spirit
There is conscience. Those who keep on doing wrong, the conscience is smeared.
This conscience is telling you there is wind. The wind is like the spirit.
Gut feeling - spirit man talking to you
The evidence of my spirit man is my conscience and gut feeling
Most of us are ruled by our senses in everyday of our lives.
Functions of the spirit - mind; will, emotion and the conscience
Overruled the senses. Speak like Jesus speak.
You know who is inside you. You know God is your Defence
Matt 6:30 onwards. Worry is all in the mind. Don’t think about tomorrow. We hold on to the Word of God.
Fear comes in through our senses. Faith comes in through the Word of God.
We overrule the senses when we hold on to God’s Word.
God’s Word is sharper than any double edged sword
You are a child of God. God will provide.
He is your shepherd, you shall not lack.
The heart is a composition of the 4 parts
The mind, will, emotion and conscience
We build the spirit man with the word of God.
Why and how to guard our heart?
Proverbs 4:23 TPT
So above all, guard the affections of your heart, for they affect all that you are. Pay attention to the welfare of your innermost being, for from there flows the wellspring of life.
Why need to guard this heart?
Everything comes from it.
Words can be healing. Words can be destructive.
Proverbs 18:21
Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit.
Our heart expresses our Father God’s heart.
Proverbs 23:7
For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he:
Eat and drink, saith he to thee;
but his heart is not with thee.

Spilt open, reason out, act as gatekeeper
When you preach the good news, Jesus is the Son of God, that opens up the mind.
The devil blinded the mind. Jesus is greater. When we preach Jesus, it unlocks the mind. The word of truth will go to the heart.
With the heart, one believe unto righteousness (right standing). A new spirit and a new heart given. We believe by faith. With the mouth, we confess. From the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks.
I am now healed. I am now the child of God.
Keep on opening the gate for the Word of Truth to enter into our hearts.
Heart - self
The inner man, spirit man inside the heart
Proverbs 23:7 TPT
For as he thinks within himself, so is he. He will grudgingly say, “Go ahead and eat all you want,” but in his heart he resents the fact that he has to pay for your meal
The heart can think and imagine.
Genesis 6:5
And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
Imagination
Purpose, imagination, device. Creative miracle. Visualisation. Form, conception.
Whatever man imagine in their heart can happen.
It your heart is wicked, there is evil imagination.
Seed of passion. Seed of hatred. Seed of appetite
Hebrews 11:3
Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
Framed by the Word Of God
When your name is in the inheritance, it is by law you have it.
Faith is believing what you see in the title deed. In the spiritual is the Word of God
Let there be light.
And God framed the world.
God moulded Himself man.
Speak the Word of God what you imagine
It takes time and effort. We keep on confessing until it is manifested.
We do our meditation. We listen to the sermon a few times.
The heart can feel. The heart can be grieved.
Grieved
To be in pain
Ephesians 4:29-30
Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers. And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
Ephesians 4:31-32
Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.
Holy Spirit came to bring life.
Christ is the One who gives us His righteousness and hope
Today He is the Word
I come to exalt Jesus
You can never forgive under the law.
Forgive includes forgetting
Heart of flesh -
To bear news, bear tidings, publish, preach, show forth, move and bring good news. New heart can have emotion
stone-> cold, hard and dead
Heal broken heart
Ezekiel 36:24-28 MSG
"'For here's what I'm going to do: I'm going to take you out of these countries, gather you from all over, and bring you back to your own land. I'll pour pure water over you and scrub you clean. I'll give you a new heart, put a new spirit in you. I'll remove the stone heart from your body and replace it with a heart that's God-willed, not self-willed. I'll put my Spirit in you and make it possible for you to do what I tell you and live by my commands. You'll once again live in the land I gave your ancestors. You'll be my people! I'll be your God!
I’ll give you a NEW HEART, a NEW SPIRIT in you.
I’ll let you remove the stone heart from your body and replace it with a heart that’s GOD-WILLED, not self-willed.
Lord I am hurt but i still worship You. Come to Jesus and surrender the pain. Beauty for ashes. It is supernatural
I will put MY SPIRIT in you and make it possible for you to do what I tell you and live by my commands.
You’ll once again live in the land I gave your ancestors. You’ll be my people! i will be your God.
Hebrews 8:10 AMPC
For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will imprint My laws upon their minds, even upon their innermost thoughts and understanding, and engrave them upon their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.
Hebrews 8:11-12 TPT
And the result of this will be that everyone will know me as Lord! There will be no need at all to teach their fellow-citizens or brothers by saying, ‘You should know Yahweh,’ since everyone will know me inwardly, from the most unlikely to the most distinguished.
For I will demonstrate my mercy to them and will forgive their evil deeds, and never remember again their sins.”
We are made the righteousness of God in Christ.
